Your strengths were never meant to stay on a report.
They show up in the choices you make, the patterns you repeat, the work that energizes you, the tension you cannot ignore, and the possibilities you keep circling back to.
Strengths in the Wild brings self-awareness out of theory and into the places where real life is actually happening.
You do not need to become a different person. You may need a clearer way to understand, trust, and use the person you already are.
Curiosity is enough.

Not sure which category fits? That is completely fine. Most good work begins with a conversation, not a package.
Unf*ck Your ______
A candid, generous look at the very adult feeling that some part of life has become hopelessly tangled.
Career PT
A strengths-based way to assess what hurts, rebuild trust in your own capacity, and return to meaningful work.
Self-Leadership in the Wild
How strengths, values, boundaries, and self-trust shape the way we lead when there is no perfect map.
My own path has never been especially linear. That's part of why I built Strengths in the Wild: people deserve development that can hold complexity without treating them like a problem to solve.
This is not optimization for optimization's sake.
You are not a machine with a productivity problem. Your team is not a collection of assessment results. Sometimes this work leads to a bold next move. Sometimes it leads to a boundary, a reframe, or permission to stop turning over a stone that is perfectly happy being a stone.
Thrive a little. It counts.

SITW workshops can be curated around the people in the room.
I have spent more than 17 years helping people make sense of complicated systems, meaningful decisions, ambitious goals, and the moments when their old map stops matching the terrain.
My professional home has largely been higher education and student success. I have advised students, led teams and programs, supported graduate and online learners, worked in competitive-admissions environments, facilitated leadership development, coached individuals and groups, and helped translate institutional complexity into something people could actually use. Along the way, I earned a master's degree while working full time, became a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Community Resiliency Model Guide, and developed a reputation for seeing patterns that others had not yet named.
But my credentials explain only part of how I work.
I have also owned a small farm, been a flyfishing guide, trained for endurance events, rebuilt after career disruption, chosen sobriety, moved across states, become a mother, and learned firsthand that growth is rarely tidy. I know what it is like to be capable and uncertain at the same time. I know that a person can be grateful for a life and still feel the desire to change. And I know that insight becomes powerful when it is grounded enough to use.
Strengths in the Wild grew from that intersection: evidence-based language and lived experience; deep reflection and actual movement; strategy and humanity.

My own leading CliftonStrengths themes are Ideation, Belief, Strategic, Learner, and Activator — an unsurprising combination for someone who loves finding the possibility in a complicated thing and helping move it into the world.
I'm based in Pittsburgh, where I live with my husband, our daughter, and our dog. When I'm not working, you may find me running hills, riding a bike, camping, relaxing, or looking for another good enough reason to be outside in the wild.
